THE OBSERVER Media Group takes over four decades of understanding and working with the African American community, and its collective knowledge of promotions and marketing, to produce an "experience" at Sacramento's BLACK EXPO. This annual celebration is first, entertaining; secondly, informative; thirdly, educational; fourthly, inspiring; and finally, memorable.

Beginning at Los Primos Pizzeria/Taqueria; 2425 Northgate Boulevard, Sacramento and marching to Cesar Chavez plaza.

Bring your family and friends to join us in the celebration of César Chávez’s life and the struggles of working people as we continue to carry out his life work and sacrifices to the labor movement. Invite your friends and coworkers and bring your group banners, posters and signs. The March will proceed to César Chávez Plaza at 10th and J Street for the public rally that starts at 12 noon, where there will be live music, food, poetry, dancers, speakers and information tables. Marchers can also join up with the March at the Twin Rivers complex located on the corner of N. 12th Street and Sitka Street at 10:30 am.
