Join Labor in Supporting the Longest Walk in Sacramento

Join the Sacramento Labor Council, The ILWU and Pride at Work in supporting the Longest Walk 2 and their struggle for:
Indigenous Cultural Survival
Protecting Sacred Sites
Protecting Mother Earth

Union members and activists are encouraged to support the walk by attending the following event:

Rally and Press Conference at the State Capitol Building
10th Street and Capitol Mall

On February 11, 2008, Longest Walk 2 participants will embark on a five- month journey across America to Washington, D.C. arriving on July 11, 2008.
