Since our last Banquet in 2007, two states have successfully repealed the death penalty - New Jersey and New Mexico - and many other states have come extremely close. A moratorium on executions continues in California and public opinion here shifts in our favor year after year. Now, more than ever, we need to stand together to educate our peers on the variety of reasons the death penalty is broken and cannot be fixed.

Please join us at this special event to honor three outstanding members of our community for their dedicated commitment to criminal justice reform and the abolition of the death penalty:
