I'm Voting Republican - 2012

2012 version of "I'm Voting Republican," a satirical look at the likely outcome of a return to Republican government. The not-so-subtle message behind the film continues to be the importance of a united bloc of citizens willing to take the time and effort to vote Democrat in order to improve America's domestic and foreign policy.

#1 I'm a write-in candidate for president

Mine is a program for world Peace beginning with a peaceful night—all the world's peoples tuned into the same TV Show—the Television Scripture, with every line a delicate sensible rhyme

I am an independent write-in candidate for president, legally qualified to be voted for in ten states, therefore, entitled to nationwide speech. I am challenging PBS operations and the broadcast licenses of ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, CNN, and FOX in the Ninth Circuit appellate court with a three judge panel having oral argument October 15.

For their 'willful and repeated failure to allow access' the commission may REVOKE their broadcast license; and the Federal Court has the authority to ORDER the FCC Secretary to do that, and put their licenses up for public auction.

I'm pushing on that.

The other three judge panel is in the First Circuit. I don't know when they are going to rule.

Lets cut to the chase—the outsider candidates are on more than ten ballots in ten states therefore entitled to nationwide speech. There isn't any scarcity of bandwidth. But there is a scarcity of advertiser slots. The ad slots are all sold months in advance, so all we, the candidates seek is to displace the program. In the sixty day window before an election a candidate's reasonable request for access is a MUST CARRY! Instead of NCIS it would be us, with breaks for commercials. But our speech is free.
