(Davis, CA 5/19/06) A local groups of community leaders and activists announced the observation of Malcolm X Day in the Davis City Council Chambers this Friday May 19th, from 6-9 PM. Videos and panel discussions about the life of El Hajj Malik Shabbaz (aka Malcolm X) will be chronicled and discussed on the anniversary of his birthday.
