Talk City Programming Changes

Beginning October 5, Talk City will no longer carry the Randi Rhodes or Al Franken shows.

Although programming has not been finalized, the new line-up is expected to be -

  • 6 – 9 AM Stephanie Miller
  • 9 - noon Thom Hartmann
  • noon - 3 Ed Shultz

    • DeShawn Robertson, the programming director at TalkCity says that this is an Air America decision, not a TalkCity decision.

    Air America to have NEW home in Sacramento

    Air America says they will be moving to 1320 AM beggining November 1, 2005 to a more powerful broadcast.

    It's definitely a stonger signal

    I can get 1320 at my work very clearly, but 1240 is very static-y. i will still stream 1240 in the morning to hear Tom Hartmann (better than Franken any day).

    Air America looking for new station

    It appears that Air America is looking for a station with a stronger signal in Sacramento.

    I think Thom Hartmann is great!! (At least the little bit I've heard of him when he subs on Air America).
